Been wanting to put my feeling into words for the longest time, but just couldn't get the right time to do it. Maybe today is just the right time and place to slowly write about it.

It's been about two weeks since school started already? Can't really say i enjoyed my time back in school, but at least I'm enjoying with every minute and seconds i spend in school. Had book fishing event last week, so after the event ended, i did some reflection on myself. Even until now, I'm still feeling shitty and i really literally mean shitty throughout!

Maybe last year i had my Brothers with me and there for me whenever i needed help or just to have dinner together. So when the majority of them went to ITP this semester, somehow suddenly i feel like i don't know many people in school or rather distant to many already. This has let me start to think seriously, am i that lousy as a friend or am i not even worthy for people to be friends.

MAYBE, I'm just that unapproachable.

MAYBE... MAYBE...

Experience Camp is just next week, hopefully i can find or create a team to bring MIT CLUB to a brand new level! Bah.. Lost of words to what to write already... shall just end it here!

It's been a long while since I'm able to sit back and write in an entry cause I'm helping my cousin to cover some duties since I'm free and available to help anyway.

Before i show all the pictures taken during the event, i will just give a short summary about this website. Basically, this website provides as a platform for students from Polytechnic - University to either post up their books they don't need to earn some extra cash or go and search for the books that they need during their course of studies. The website itself doesn't require the users to pay membership fee, or earns any profits from the buying/selling. Also, the website doesn't complete the transaction between the buyer and seller so it's between the two of them to actually complete the deal itself and the website will actually have a team of moderators that updates the selling of your books immediately. To find out more about this website do check it out at bookfishing.com.sg

During the 3 days event held in SP, i would just like to extend my gratitude and thanks to these few people that made the event went on smoothly. They are Gavin, Feiwen, Alpha, Shawn, Adrian,Wendy, Frendy, Enqi and many others. Sorry if i forget to add in your names as i can't remember at the point of writing this.

I also got to specially thank Farhana to come down and take pictures of the event and also would like to thank Dawei, person in charge of this website and his team that found so many sponsors in this event to make it so much more fun and interesting. Hopefully both side gained something at the end of the day! And of course last but not least, its this person here that made this event so successful. This person is Ong Jia Wei. From this, i think if i ever setup a company later on and needed a sales person, i will definitely come look for her cause her approaching of others to sign up with absolutely nothing asked in return. The BEST worker throughout the 3 days of events. Here are some photos taken which can be posted cause the rest are either too blur or I'm just lazy to post it up=)

Finally back in school and currently attending Web Server Development Practical One, as usual first few days of lessons are easy to catch up and understand so there is the lecturer giving introduction of this new module, while i'm blogging away and following the lesson at the same time. =)

Moving on to the third day of school, although i'm back to my usual late-coming for 8am lessons, I'm enjoying lessons everyday single day. Maybe its just the start of the semester, so things are pretty relax and enjoyable but after going through 9 weeks of internship. I believe i grown more into my course and learning many tricks to complete my tasks given to me so doing the first few practicals were easy to do and complete.

Guess i will fill more details tonight, hopefully about Bookfishing event=)

Sorry for the very late updates, have been really busy with stuff. Time for the long await moment,

After enduring 9 weeks of internship, this long awaited day has finally made its way and not so sure whether i should feel forunate as its back to school again. However, still unsure about my final grading given by the supervisor as i didn't manage to catch a glimpse of her on my final few days. Nothing to complain about as i think she is busy in her own stuff anyways, but somehow i need to get my Logbook settled with the attendance sheet and final grade in order to complete the whole cycle of internship.

Currently in school now, although lessons starts at 12pm. I have never miss school as much as I am now, so i came school at 8.30 and just roaming around school in hope of finding some familiar faces. Also came to meet peck peck on her first day of school.

Just realise that during Orientation, our people didn't do a good job in telling people how to find their classes on their first day since she didn't know where was T2012. As the lecturer for that lesson was Mr Leon Chua, so with me feeling bored, i crashed the class without much problem=D

Wanted to post out the Inspirational text i wrote shortly after my previous one, but i think its not really needed at this point of time already so, its going to be kept in the blogspace without even being posted out. . . Not much of a miss since its nothing much i guess!=D

Before i start off, this post is going to be quite a long and naggy one with totally no pictures included. Well, in the first place, I'm wondering up till now who reads my blog entry and this space was just meant for me to grumble into web space without any return anyway so yeah. Guess i will start off with Prep Camp that was held last week.

I didn't have the time to come and be there at all times due to my internship. Well, nevertheless i managed to get a day off to come down and join the 3rd day activity with feed backs from everyone about the 2 other days when i wasn't around. Shall not go on and talk about the comments but i think i can at least say about which side of the problem for both days.

1st day of camp, i went down to school after work. Had dinner with several peeps and started to gather information about the first day. Problems surfaced,
OC: didn't really set the mood of the prep camp (leisure, serious, discipline, rules)
GP: was unhappy with the seniors about their comments on the game. Felt that seniors are just trying to make things difficult for them.
GL: the mood wasn't set so they kinda took advantage of it, shall not elaborate any further.. ... ....

2nd day of camp, i went down after work too but will be staying for the night since i took leave for the 3rd day.
OC: Nothing important i should comment about
GP: Tremendous improvements for the day's games and attitude (Good job i thought. . .)
GL: As usual?

3rd day of camp main activity was Amazing Race, so i decide to give the GLs a compeitive factor in hope they would be more competitive in this game for the actual camp. I managed to get Shawn, Gavin and Adrian to team up and went ahead for the race. As the game started, the teams were released one by one and we were the last to leave the pitstop with a difference of about 30 minutes from the first group. We decided to run all the way throughout the race and i was susprise to see us arriving 4th in the first station. *this means how slow the 4th group was that we could actually overtake them in just getting to the first station. To be honest, i was starting to be disappointed as we were held back to do many many stupid stuff, including TWO cheers just because we were the senior group. Even so, we did two for them and the next comment recieved was "TOO SHORT". They were really trying to test my patience already.

First thing first, the main point of the us joining was to try to complete the games as fast as possible with the hardest obstacle thrown to us, but not tasks that even you urself can achieve it yourself. I always stick to this principle that i will never get people to do something that its impossible even for myself. I would really like to continue the whole race but i think i will just keep it short and gives comment about it then.

Forfeit: Two cheers while the other group does one
Reason: You are senior
My comments: I already said in the beginning that we are campers and just trying to test the games to complete in the fastest and quickest way with the hardest levels of gameplay but not extra task given to us because we're senior team.

The next station was what pisses me off and turned me off the game entirely. The fact that we were already in 3rd place when the games was ongoing, closing real in with the first group but we were overtaken by 2 groups cause the reasons given to us was they recieve a msg saying time is running out so they let the other two groups leave with just doing one simple task that we long ago complete already. Anyway, no matter what the whole GPs were trying to explain, did they think about it when actual camp, other groups are given a faster task to complete and leave while you have to go through the entire tasks. Doesn't sound very fair to us to just cut us pass right and putting us right to the last position again.

Tasks: Pass Smint sweet mouth to mouth
Reason: -
My comments: If you know how this sweet looks like, you should know how tiny the sweet is already. Although we don't mind doing this task at all, but did the GPs think about the actual camp, whether the girls will mind doing such a thing. This task is not about openess or not already, its obviously going touch the lips. And i so confident that if i ask ALL the GPs to try, all the girls already going to start arguing with all the whatever reasons they are going to come out with. Doesn't matter to me cause they didnt think about the game, and only thought about personal pleasure.

Forfeit: 15 sec war dance in 10 second
Reason: -
My comments: The punishment itself already exceeds the timing given to think about it. Anyone with the right sense of mind will be able to know that even thinking of a cheer takes a bit of time, let alone a war dance. I was already utterly pissed off with the 2nd station and the next station just have to add on fuel to my fire. We challenged them to compete with us and show me how to complete this punishment. Although they agreed readily but no matter how long they were trying to drag the time, they only managed to squeeze out 6s of dance. Moreover the dance action was taken from one of the games which i'm so lazy to describe. At least ours was quite unique although we added abit of the ALL-BLACKS style in it.

Tasks: 2 minutes dance in 2 minutes with a given song
Reason: -
My comments: To start off, 2 minutes == 120 seconds, and i was given 120 seconds to think about it. If i calculate and space out, i have like 1 second to think of a 1 second dance move. Think about it, if i was able to come out with it, i wouldn't be studying in Singapore already eh? Worse still the song they gave was a rap, and some dull tone in the beginning. Next, we had to try to follow those break dancers footworks in that 2 minutes. Finally also had to give a cheer about DDR. Bah, totally no spirit to run the race already, we were just plainly trying to go through it and give feed back to the games.

Skipping straight to the final station, we managed to catch up with everyone and was fighting for 1st place with the rest despite, spending 20 minutes at the Merlion station drinking coffee and taking a short bite since we didn't eat since the previous night. Not only that, it also include a 30 minutes lunch break at Meriden foodcourt. Well, even as a participant i also was able to tell that all of them waited for each other which totally shows no professionalism from the GLs. I know you all are united as one but do you know the real reason why the GLs are going through the camp. We can get other people to test the games, why will we need to get the GLs to play during prep camp. No need to say since i know for sure they didn't think about it. Another thing to point out was why the GLs were given back their handphones for the games. Although i also had my phone with me, i never took it out at all and even borrowed the phone from the GPs at the station if there was a need to use a handphone. If they didn't have their phone, the meeting up would also be avoided eh?

Well, i need to sleep already, so some final comments. I wanna get things straight to everyone here, at least for me, the fact if i bother to even scold or punish you. CAN YOU JUST PUT IN THE EXTRA EFFORT TO THINK WHAT WENT WRONG AND STOP WHINING ABOUT ME PUNISHING YOU. this only shows how mature u are as a person. Unable to take criticism from people and keep having the impression as though you're really that good. Go think and reflect about it. What have you got to show or experience gained? I have at least 3 successful camps myself, even more if needed but i think 3 is more than enough. Do you even have one to talk about? whether its going to be successful or not is still a BIG ??...
