This is going to be quite a short post i think.

I received an email not too long ago from the company that i was attached to, asking me for my CV and portfolio. They also request that i go down to the company for a 'preview' as they can't really reject me even if i was the worst intern they can get as it seems the attachment is already confirm le.

From this, i can only conclude that the school is quite stupid to do such attachment. Firstly, why did the school changed the ITP period during the end of my 2nd year, and hold it during the 9 weeks of holidays that i've been waiting for. Not only i have to do my attachment during the holidays, i have to report back to school 2 days after i clear my attachment, and its 17 weeks of school again!! Not that i would rather have a longer attachment period, but its because 3 years in the school, with your 2nd year holiday cut just like that, i just dont feel good about it at all. Secondly, the school asked us to submit all the required items to them so they can send our stuff to the companys if we are chosen, it seems they are try to slot us to what we chose and the company doesn't even know nuts about the intern they are going to get. They only kow they are going to be having one or two interns helping them. One can really wonder what they are expecting from us? Maybe just go there and make coffee, photocopy and sweep the floor for them during our ITP period?? I can say lucky to have chosen a web-based design company as my attachment, but i havent really gone to work, so its no comments about it at the moment.

I just feel that the school could have done a much better job by making at least more effort in getting us the right path, as what they always say. Guess i will just end my complain here before this get abit unreadable....

As i had the car that day, so i drove my way down to Clarke Quay and found the way to The Riverwalk, parked my car at the carpark and looking for the company straight. I thought i will be late due to the unforseen jam on the way there, however i made it there on time, or slightly before time. When i was looking for the place, i had this thinking from what i saw from the web, that this company is quite big and doing mostly company database using World Wide Web (WWW). But when i finally found the place, it was susprisingly quite 'big' that i expected, and the manpower is really 'alot'. I shall skip my initial thought and my first impression of the person-in-charge as @#$%^&*((*&^%$#@ cannot be said^^...

Hopefully i left a good impression to the person-in-charge, and all i can do is wait and see what i have to do during my ITP period and hopefully try to get my first ever DIST from this=D

I guess i will start of with the summary of the Badminton event that happen last week. Took me a long time to decide blogging since i haven't got the right mood to do that. But i will do just that now despite feeling kinda down.. . ..

many many things happened just within this week, so i shall take my time to finish up this entry or might even drag on to another entry tomorrow

Badminton Event went on pretty smoothly from the start to the end, so i would like to thank everyone that made it happen. Of course i would also like to take this space here i have to thank the O.C team that worked hard, as none of this would have come about without the hard work from them! First and foremost is definately the Big sister of the team, Wendy Koh that was brave enough to come under me and somehow ran this sport event leading a team supported by my team. The next two i would like to thank would be Shun Li & Chai Wei for making all the logistics for the event, and hopefully they learned something out from me. Others like Jie Hui and Raymond, not forgetting the support from my brothers (Wei Shan, Gavin & Frendy) to assist the O.C team in anyway they can to make this mini event such a successful one. With this, here i present you the O.C team.

This guy rock the whole event man, totally whacked up every opponent that stands in his way.

Was quite unfortunate not to have the female and male winner fight it out for the major prize since the female winner had to go for training... well well.... other photos..

As the topic already stated there, its my dearest mummy's bdae. Came to earth through my grandmother on the 4th of Jan. And has been living in this small tiny earth for the past __ years...
PS: Woman's age is always sensitive, as i believe they rather stay 18 all their life!!!

There you go, the birthday girl taken at Taka's Seoul Garden

Our family gathered at Orchard's Taka at around 7pm to have dinner together @ Seoul Garden to celebrate my mother's bdae. Although most of us was late due to several reasons, and that we were all coming from all directions in Singapore, at least everyone was there by 7+

My parents arrived first when i got there, because my car keys wouldn't listen to me to allow me to drive to Orchard, and the auto key lock installed in my car is irritating cause its only the remote that doesn't operate due to whatever reasons! Made me quite pissed standing there like a fool while the alarm just keep ringing... No choice, so i had to take a train down to Orchard. Enough of that, the 3 of us started cooking and eating first while waiting for the rest to make their way down here.

As usual, I had most of my stomach filled with sliced beef since its always the fastest and easiest to eat! With some noodles, and prawns and everything else that my parents couldnt finish.... Sounds like a rubbish dump, but never mind... as long everyone was happy eating and celebrating, who cares about over eating at the point! Though i regret that decision after a while.

Alright, enough of saying so much since i'm also lazy to write any more... i will let the pictures do the talking!!! And before you get to the pictures,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUMMY!!! LOVE YOU LOTS!!!

Here is my parents... Mummy & Cheeky Daddy!@!
