I believe this is going to be the talk of the week or the month by every Singaporean or Thai that have watched the match. A very strong support of 55,000 audience at the Singapore National Stadium, probably the last official match held in there.

The match ended 2-1, either half scoring one with a penalty given to Singapore at the 83th minute. Singapore will be bringing this scoreline to Bangkok, Thailand on the return leg. But this will not be the talk of the week or month that i was talking about. It will be about the penalty given by the referee at the 83th minute, over the challenge of Singapore striker Alam Shah. However, even with today's technology, the replays were unable to show a distinct view for anyone of us to confirm whether the decision by the referee was the right one. Well, i believe that the challenge if outside the penalty will be given a foul, but being inside and foul, the decision by the referee is going to be big as it will make a difference in the score. I guess everyone tomorrow will be talking about it, but i would like to bring it to another level. I would like to actually question about the match officials. Although i have not played international football, or understand the difference between English or Asean football, but i believe that the same FAS rules apply. It shouldn't be much of a difference, and why is it that the Thais were able to just walk out of the field and gathering together at the Thailand corner, staying there for full 15 minutes and worst is, the match officials were unable to get the Thais to get back the game. Even after they come back to the game, the game was extended and i don't see a reason why there should be extra time given since it was the Thais that wasted their time instead of getting back to the game.

As watched in outside cups on tv, even if the referee gives a wrong decision, the players can only be unhappy about the decisions given and they still have to be back to the game playing. Moreover, European finals are only playing once in a neutral field, and Asean Championship are already going to have 2 legs so although going back with a goal down, they still have 90 minutes to play for, and playing in their very own homeground, they shouldn't be so upset about it and concentrate in their game if they wants to win it the 4th time. As both countries are past winners, they should be concentrating in the win for the Asean Championship again, bringing glory to their country.

I did a survey which calculates how much am i worth?

And my result is - 2.1m (quite little i guess)
left many blanks cause i dont know how to reply~!

Hmm, today's submission of my DRAW marks the final thing i have to do for the whole first year. Things were new and enriching and i really had fun with my classmates, and some friends from the school. School life with only study and study in mind will be boring.

Well, today i went to school to submit my DRAW report that i should have done last week, but anyways, met up with ryan to do finish the assignment. When i met him, i was printing my stuff for SYFC as the 80 pages book might just be cheaper to do it in school. And since I was in school, i might as well do that. Binding them was the next thing to do, but we wanted to just finish our assignment first although we can do it at home and submit it via Blackboard.

I found out how to play battlefield 2 LAN, so Ryan, Khai and I was playing one round before Khai had to leave as he had jamming session. Left with the two of us, we played 6 rounds of 600+ troops, handicap given to the enemy side with more bots, which actually is more ants for us to kill. I also didnt want to wait so long to spawn after death, so i set the spawn time to 2secs. This meant that every enemy we killed, they also only take 2secs to spawn, so the scene i created was like a real battlefield and soldiers engaged, taking cover when reloading is definately something you MUST do if you want to survive.

Well, after that, i went home and had dinner and here i'm writing an entry for today.. Nothing else and hoepfully tomorrow will be more fun than today!

Not sure what to write in today, so i thought of something for everyone to have a say in what they will choose if given a choice to them.

I've been watching this remake version of ten brother. One person ate the ginko nuts in the dessert, and suddenly was pregnant and within weeks, she gave birth to ten sons. They grew up quickly, and in just 2 short weeks, they grew up like an adult already. But they are just a adult body with a child's mind. But today's issue will be on the powers they had, and which one will you choose and put to use.

1. Ability to see far as possible
2. Ability to hear as far as possible
3. Godlike Strength that is uncomparable to humans
4. Body that is unpenetratable and able to stretch its hands
5. Ability to spread his wings to fly
6. Ability to stretch out his legs
7. Head that is harder than diamond, able to break anything
8. Ability to burrow underground
9. Ability to generate strong gust, and voice loud enough to travel to the mountains
10. Ability to generate tears for healing purposes

So, who this ten powers for you to choose, which one will you take and why?

For me, i thought getting either 1, 2 or 3.
(1) Able to see as far as i like help when in need, and also to be able to spot people or danger from far.
(2) So, i will be able to hear things very clearly and of course, gossips about me!
(3) The godlike strength will be something i will choose i think, although brute strength is not the way to go, but i thought of using it to good use. Using my strength to help singapore win several Olympics medals, especially the gold medal that Singapore is craving since 1970's silver medal. Alright, enough said, time for you all to make a choice=D

Just came back after a while day of Orientation at the SYFC camp today. For the benefit of those who doesn't know what is SYFC, its Singapore Youth Flying Club. I was suppose to go together with Matthias, but for some reasons, he was not able to enter and thus I was left alone there. To pursue my very own private pilot licence, and at the same time doing my Class 3 vehicle licence, i would love to complete both of them by next year, with my class licence to get over it first.

Most of the time we were spending our time in the lecture room, which i will have to do that for the next 3-4 weeks, before i can start flying already. The flying phrase will just be a test to whether i can make it, or continue to advance to the PPL, as not many can make it. In order to get the PPL licence, i am required to do 6 major exams tested by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore(CAAS) and a solo flying test, in order to get it. Well, before that, i will be going through 13-16 weeks of training and studies week-in and week-out. Things are not going to be easy, but i should be going for it. Hopefully my chance to get a pilot licence will be fulfilled so as to be able to enter the Air Force Pilot during my NS time. Well, things are still a long way more to go, with so many theory test to be cleared, i should start studying? lol~!

Today i managed to get myself out of the bed to at least make it for the last DAUD lesson for the year. When i reach, about half of the class were there already and, Mr Geoffrey was already playing one of the group's assignment to the class. He listen and comment about it, which was quite fun and enjoyable. Audio lessons were the most enjoyable class i had for this semester, and i will vote him as one of the best lecturers around in school. Although he is a part time lecturer, and a full time to be next year, he shares his experience as a professional audio engineer. And as he is not very strict with the school rules and modules, he spends time interacting with us, making us feel very friendly and always having fun together.

After the lesson, most of the class was doing their STSB assignments. Once in a while, they will just be tempt to play, what seems to be the 'in' thing among our class. "BattleField 2". Everyone was abit crazy over it, and trying to improve themselves after every match. It's too bad that we are not able to play LAN, if not things will be even more interesting.

All in all, today marks the end of the whole year 1 and i'll be looking forward to this 3 months of holiday. Gotta go sleep now since i have SYFC orientation day tomorrow 8.30am sharp, wonder how i'm going to wake up bt i will have to make it to pursue my dreams=D Fly High, Dream Far~!

Tomorrow will be the last day of normal timetable, meant that i only have one more lessons of DAUD before we break off for the examination period. This week is almost gone, with all the 8 assignments going along, it just leave us to one last assignment to complete and a java test to sum up the 1st year of my Polytechnic life. Things are getting harder and tougher as the assignments are moving on, i am more determined than ever to take up the next challenge that comes my way when the next year comes. By then, we will already be split to our individual course options and everyone will be re-shuffled again. Things are sure going to be quite different, and so i just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all my classmate in DDM 1A23 0607. Although i may not be very close to everyone, but as a Class Rep for the semester, i thought that we have bonded better and better each day, and will be quite sad for us to part so soon. Well, most likely there will be a class chalet coming up during the early holidays where we will be enjoying all the time, compared to the other times where work came as an option.

After that, i will most likely be looking forward to find a job to get some financial help for the coming year, so whoever that reads this and have a job 'lobang' to offer, do drop by my tagboard and let me know.. whahahahha...!!!

Alright, back to finish up my assignment and lets do it!!

Today i managed to get up from my bed to attend the 3DF assignment review lesson. Basically when i decided to go, i knew that i was in for strong critics, but i wanted to know whats wrong with my work and how i could have further improve on it.

Lesson ended around 11pm, as my class only had 5 of us present. The teacher also not very interested to showcase of work, and thinks its just a waste of time, so he just let us off early since there is nothing much.

Next, we head to FC6 benches and started to work on our presentation, but as all my group members were either busy with other stuff, or just felt confident of the project already. But i feel very insecure as we didn't have any practical stuff out to showcase to the judges. Anyway, it was too late for any changes, and I was too tired working on this project already or maybe i had other assignments to do and submit. Well, the time just pass by and pass, and it was already time to prepare for our showcase. Looking at the other groups, I believe that our logo design and T-shirt design is the most impressive one, but maybe our showcase is simply too plain for the judges to be impress in the first place. It just looks "empty". The grades were out around 5, and we deserved what we fare, although i think we could have done a much better job. No matter what, its already over. So, heres a good job for my group. I had fun working with everyone, but maybe we could have just push more!!

Alright, tomorrow have DRAW and STSB submission to be done, so no time to waste, its back to work.

T-shirt design

Today reached school around 3pm, heading straight to STSB class. Well, i guess everyone was busy doing their GDIT, so only my group members and Nick was in the class. Most of them was just slacking around in the class, but when i arrived there, we quickly get down to work.

After that, we went to T2034 to print our stuff out, but with alot of trouble. Plus, with the school's lousy maintance over its colour A3 printers, we had to go out of school to print it. Thus, we headed to Queenstown. When we were there, it was crowded with, many MANY SP DDM students. Seems like everyone is there to print their stuff, and just as we thought we were the first in our class to get there, we realise that randy's group is already printing their stuff.

Also, we decided on printing one t-shirt out, which cost us about $40, which was crazy and I wanted to just forget about it as I could have use this $40 to better use. But since my whole group was quite supportive of making the t-shirt, I went ahead with it anyways. We spent almost the whole afternoon there, and finalise everything by 9pm. And so to celebrate finishing of this assignment, our group went to a nearby coffeeshop to have our dinner together.

Well, hopefully everything will go well tomorrow and its time to do yet another assignment!
